About & policies

Our Mission

To create India's most comprehensive and transparent platform for space enthusiasts, where every rocket launch, satellite deployment, and space achievement is documented, discussed, and celebrated by our passionate community.

We are a dedicated community at indianspaceflight.in - a place for space nerds, run by space nerds - and we track Indian spaceflight and aerospace developments with regular, up-to-date coverage. We promote transparency in Indian spaceflight while celebrating India's remarkable spaceflight milestones.

What we do

indianspaceflight.in is an independent, community-run record of Indian spaceflight, from the first sounding rockets at Thumba to today's private launchers. We document missions, satellites, companies and objects in orbit, check them against primary sources, and keep correcting the record in the open, together with the people who follow it.
