ASTRA – AeroSpace TRAjectory Optimizer: A comprehensive mission design, planning, and trajectory optimization platform for launch vehicles, satellites, missiles, and projectile systems. ASTRA supports vehicle configuration studies, ascent and orbital trajectory optimization, mission feasibility analysis, Monte Carlo simulations, safety and collision assessment, orbital mission planning, re-entry trajectory analysis, and performance evaluation under mission constraints. ASTRA can be customized for specific mission requirements such as satellite launches, constellation deployment, and defence missions — enabling faster decision-making, reduced development risk, and improved mission reliability. SARAS – Six Degree of Freedom Aerospace Simulator: A high-fidelity, modular, real-time 6-DoF simulation test bed for aerospace vehicle modelling, testing, and validation. SARAS integrates vehicle dynamics, sensor, actuator, and environmental models to enable closed-loop simulation and system-level verification. The platform supports multi-level simulation architectures — MILS, SILS, and HILS — for validating GNC algorithms, flight software, subsystem interactions, and mission logic prior to deployment, serving as a powerful risk-reduction tool. NGC Development Services: End-to- end development and validation of Navigation, Guidance, and Control systems for aerospace vehicles. Capabilities include sensor selection and modelling, sensor fusion algorithms, navigation system development, guidance algorithm design, digital autopilot development, control system validation, flight software integration, and real-time system verification. Spacelabs also offers engineering services in configuration design, trajectory optimization, simulation, and subsystem development for aerospace and defence applications, alongside an ERP-based solution for mission data handling — from mission design initiation through launch and post- flight analysis.
