Chandana has stated the company will not follow the pattern of a first launch followed by a long gap. Commercial operations targeted for 2027. The pitch is dedicated delivery to a precise orbit, versus large launchers dropping payloads in approximate positions that operators must then correct using onboard fuel.
Isro dependency note: ISRO provided motor casting and test facilities, liquid engine testing, trajectory analysis, safety support, vehicle integration and the launchpad itself. IN-SPACe coordinated access and authorisation. Worth stating plainly — a lot of coverage framed Aagaman as purely private.

Success — orbital Launch window announced 2 July as 12 July–4 August. Liftoff 12:05:30 IST from SDSC First Launch Pad after a 35-minute hold called at T-5 minutes. Orbit confirmed ~15 minutes after liftoff. Payloads: Skyroot SCOPE satellite, plus tech demos from Grahaa Space, Cosmoserv and DCubed (Germany).
