At the exhibition, OM TECHCORP is presenting Japanese SAN-EKI technology for producing high-precision tubes used in space and aerospace programmes. The showcased range includes cold pilger mills for seamless tube reduction and specialised tube weld mills. These systems support the manufacture of stainless steel, nickel- alloy and titanium tubes requiring close dimensional tolerances, controlled wall thickness, high surface quality and repeatable production. Potential space applications include satellite propellant and pressurant feed lines, electric-propulsion gas-feed systems, spacecraft thermal-control and instrumentation lines, and launch- vehicle feed, purge and pressurisation systems. Seamless cold- pilgered tubes are particularly relevant for flight-critical propulsion, hydraulic and precision lines, while welded tubes may suit selected ground-support, test and lower-criticality applications. OM TECHCORP also supports specialty tube sourcing, technical discussions, quotations and project coordination for machinery and material requirements.
