The showcased range includes cold pilger mills for seamless tube reduction and specialised tube weld mills. These systems support the manufacture of stainless steel, nickel- alloy and titanium tubes requiring close dimensional tolerances, controlled wall thickness, high surface quality and repeatable production. Potential space applications include satellite propellant and pressurant feed lines, electric-propulsion gas-feed systems, spacecraft thermal-control and instrumentation lines, and launch- vehicle feed, purge and pressurisation systems. Seamless cold- pilgered tubes are particularly relevant for flight-critical propulsion, hydraulic and precision lines, while welded tubes may suit selected ground-support, test and lower-criticality applications. OM TECHCORP also supports specialty tube sourcing, technical discussions, quotations and project coordination for machinery and material requirements.
