ISFC-2026-00141activeprivate

Products & Services on Display m2nxt Solutions will showcase its core Additive Manufacturing (AM) technology portfolio, centered on Laser Directed Energy Deposition (LDED) and Wire Arc Additive Manufacturing (WAAM) — two complementary metal AM processes suited to aerospace and space-grade component development. Our LDED technology enables high-precision, near-net-shape deposition of metal alloys including titanium, Inconel, and other high-performance superalloys critical to launch vehicle and satellite hardware. It supports both new part fabrication and repair/refurbishment of high-value components, reducing lead times and material wastage compared to conventional subtractive methods. Our WAAM technology offers a cost-effective route for large-format metal structures, using wire feedstock and arc-based deposition to build big components at high deposition rates — ideal for structural aerospace parts, brackets, and tooling where scale and speed matter alongside material integrity. At the stall, visitors can engage with our team to understand machine capabilities, material compatibility, and application-specific use cases across aerospace, defence, and space sectors. A dedicated screen will run live video demonstrations of our AM and hybrid CNC+AM machines in operation, along with automation and robotics-integrated cells — offering a practical view into how m2nxt's systems perform in real manufacturing environments. We invite space-tech companies, primes, and research institutions to discuss how LDED and WAAM can be integrated into their component development and qualification pipelines.
