Astrophel Aerospace develops a vertically integrated portfolio of propulsion, cryogenic, guidance and precision-control systems, designed, manufactured and tested in India. Our product portfolio includes the Potentia cryogenic rocket engine, high-speed turbopump systems operating above 25,000 RPM, cryogenic control valves rated up to 150 bar, vacuum-insulated cryogenic tanks for LOX, LH₂ and methane, and high-precision linear actuators for propulsion and flight-control applications. Our solid- propulsion capabilities include solid rocket motors (SRMs) and customised solid-propulsion solutions. These capabilities span motor design, propellant-grain configuration, ignition systems, motor casings, nozzle integration, and static-fire testing for mission- specific aerospace applications. We have also developed our guidance, navigation and control (GNC) systems entirely in-house from the ground up, alongside automated test infrastructure and customised subsystems for launch vehicles, ground-support equipment and emerging green-hydrogen applications. By bringing critical design, manufacturing and testing capabilities in-house, Astrophel enables faster development, rapid customisation and cost-effective production of reliable, mission-critical aerospace systems.
